These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tetherless store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Store and product information
We aim to keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate, but errors can occur. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an order when permitted by law. Product images are illustrative and may vary slightly from the delivered product.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. We may accept, refuse, or cancel an order as permitted by law, including where payment authorization fails, information is inaccurate, or fraud is suspected. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Compatibility
Tetherless is designed to convert an existing wired Apple CarPlay USB connection to a wireless connection. It does not add Apple CarPlay to vehicles that do not already support wired Apple CarPlay. You are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.
Shipping, refunds, and support
Shipping and refund terms are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Intellectual property
The store content, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to Tetherless and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and products are provided without warranties other than those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tetherless is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the store or product.
