Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders. If a shipping charge applies to your destination or order, it will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimate

Estimated delivery is 6–21 days after your order is processed. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary due to destination, carrier capacity, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

Order processing and tracking

We begin processing orders after successful payment authorization. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for your order. Carrier scans can take time to appear after shipment.

Address accuracy and customs

Please confirm your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes, and import charges may apply unless checkout states otherwise.
