Final sale

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering error, or compatibility issues. Before ordering, confirm that your vehicle already supports wired Apple CarPlay through USB.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at daniolevi2006@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video where relevant. We may request additional information to assess the claim.

Resolution

Where a claim is approved, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another remedy appropriate to the circumstances and required by applicable law. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; timing depends on your payment provider.
